I saw Zep live in 73, 75 and 77 twice. Including their last show ever in US days before Karac died. Don't listen to people who never saw Zep but are simply basing opinions on what someone else said. Best show I ever saw was Zep in 77. Hands down.

You are so very blessed, you got to see them, bu the time I was old enough, they had broke up☹🤨, I was so very perturbed about it, but then Robert went solo, and I did get to see him, was awesome, but would've been cherry on top if it had been the rest of the boys in LZ, kudos to you for having that experience, Peace✌

23rd of May 1975 I was 18 and travelled down to London to see this at Earls Court.. I thought then that their music would last quite a while and it’s great to see that I’m not the only one still enjoying it. During these times my wife (girlfriend at that time) and me are listening to the studio albums and are revisiting our feelings from those millions of years ago when we were young and thought that we were invincible. Turns out we were right!!!!! We still feel the same.

pip, on the 23rd (my birthday) of May 1975 I was 20; In Sydney Australia February 1972 I saw Led Zeppelin in concert, that same month I also saw Creedence Clearwater Revival...What a great time to be a teenager!

PMR I think you’re right, it was a great time to be a teenager. I was 15 when I saw them at Sheffield City Hall on January 2nd 1973. I went to see Rory Gallagher a number of times there too. He was a great live act. I thought that my tastes had completed altered because I’ve been listening to Muse and Radiohead and even Amy Winehouse etc but I was out in the garden the other day and found myself singing some lyric which as I ran through it I realised that it was the Lemon Song. I put it on in the evening and carried on through the rest of the album. What a group of excellent musicians. Hope that you and yours are keeping healthy and keep supporting one another throughout. Oh and keep listening. Best of luck. Pip

Thomas Taylor it’s great to know that they still mean as much to others as they do still to me. I also saw them as Plant and Page down in Cornwall. We took my eldest lad Rob who was 13 at the time and was instantly another fan. Stay healthy Thomas and look after your closest. All the best Pip

We are all stuck inside social distancing. I am lucky enough to have an awesome sound system, sound tuned baffled media room. I am enjoying old music and new. From Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, King Crimson, Porcupine Tree, Tool, SOEN, The Pineapple Thief, Katatonia. When on You tube I see Recommended For You videos, people discovering great bands and songs for the first time, I am happy more people get to hear it.

this was also a Sly nod to the night where they were dressed up in drag to potentially shoot pictures for physical graffiti, and George Harrison was meeting them for dinner. Harrison shows up with Stevie Wonder, and here comes led Zeppelin in a bunch of dresses, makeup and high heels. This was their tribute to him, based on superstition and some Robert Johnson tunes to kind of make up for it.

Led Zeppelin were the best live in the 70s and out sold every other act in the 70s. So much so that Elvis Presley wanted to meet the guys who were out selling his shows and did and even invited Zeppelin to one of Elvis shows L.A. Which you can find Elvis taking about Zep being in the audience. Led Zeppelin started out playing live for 45 min in the early days to playing for 3 to 4 hrs show by 1975/77 and every night the songs were different because they love to play live and jam it out. This is why they were the best act to see live. They are the must bootlegged band in history too. Love your videos. Please. Keep the Zeppelin coming 🤟🇨🇦
