Did you only use a wooly or was it a wooly jigging rig (3 flies)? Did you attach any sinker?

Wolly bugger on the bottom norm run smelt flies up from that 2 ounce sinker on bottom mate about 1m between flies

@@screamingreelsnz hey mate it's generally the Lowrance app you can get in depth social mapping from it on your phone or upload it to certain sounders is awesome I have maps off all the main lakes in Rotorua

I see you are carrying 4 x full setup rods on the yak. We are not allowed to carry more than 1 x full set up, are we?

It's fine as long as you are only using 1 fish and game have never had an issue when they have spoke to me on the water

2.3.1 use more than 1 assembled rod and running line. It means have 2 rods in the water at the same time if it's stored away it is not in use. Not everything you need is in the regs there is numerous things you need to go on the fish and game website for example like location of marker boays/poles
