We all have our limitations! Lepisi has such a unique, rich and soaringly colorful sound. The harmonies just dance, could we say they are vivacious? I've never heard anything quite like it. She is just such a stupendous musician. As a white guy that loves almost all black music I get sad when I think that for so many decades black artists were never given their opportunity to shine. The whole world was deprived of such a wealth of talent, just like we see here. When people in power are gutless and lack courage the whole world loses. Thankfully things are improving (we have a long way to go) and we all benefit from that. Bad behavior hurts everyone and good behavior uplifts everyone. This is R & B Music ...... This is what todays generation is lacking. I grew up with Anita Baker, Whitney Houston, Mikki Howard, Regina Bell, Patti, Phyllis Hyman, Karyn White, Michael Jackson, baby face, Janet Jackson, ....Hell eveything from the late 80's on back and we need that back. Music is just not the same anymore. Heck even our Rap music was different and it was better. You don't have to cuss or be disrespectful to get your point heard. Imjustsaying.
