i went to the olympia weekend expo 3 weeks ago in vegas, and priest, sean ray, ronnie were all there. im 5,11 and priest was probably up to my mid chest so id say like 5'4", sean ray states he is 5'11 but hes probably about 5"8 or so. ronnie as sitting down at the BSN booth signing so i couldnt stand next to him

I totally agree with krims0n70 I am 5'11 and my arms are huge i can build a huge peak than the longer head in my opinion the peak looks better but the only thing that sucks is trying to build a thick chest im sure its like that for most short people.

Glad I discovered this video clip. KZbin is great for this sort of thing.My best friend used to be bullied. He explained he was intending to get bigger. I laughed... Then in just weeks he packed on 40 pounds of natural muscle. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (look for it in Google). Not a soul dares to bully him anymore. :) I personally signed up earlier this week. Plus the guys emails are fucking awesome!

Lee priest is as good as it gets from the freaky mass era.....I mean he's almost cartoon like how big his muscles are....if you made them bigger he'd look stupid and weird or handicapped.... Which defeats the hobby in the first place. I know there were guys bigger then him....he can't change that though....but he wins with having that freaky muscles exploding off his body look.

@krims0n70 Then again the shorter muscle isnt built to have the same muscle capacity as a longer muscle. Every mans body produces hormones to controll his muscle cells in the amount HIS OWN BODY NEEDS... pretty easy concept. If it wasnt for genetics it would be just as hard for a short man to build muscle as it would be for a tall man.

@KellerkindTV Then why are the better Body builders 6ft and under. yeah its a genetic thing when a guy has long arms vs a guy with short arms that muscle is gonna have more to spread but when a guy has shorter arms its more compact.
