Chef's made delicious chinese donkatsu for his grandson! It's so easy and anyone can make it!
《Ingredient》
Pork Sirloin 1kg, Spring onion, Ginger, Taste Sake, Soy sauce, sugar, pork starch, oyster sauce, pepper
Shiitake mushroom, tree-ear mushroom, enoki mushroom, cabbage, spring onion, water
《Recipe》
1. slice pork 1.5cm thick and pound it with donkatsu hammer, place in a bowl.
2. put in 1 spoon of minced ginger, taste sake (100ml per kg pork), sliced spring onion in the bowl then mix well.
3. put in soy sauce (100ml per kg meat), 3 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of oyster sauce, enough pepper in the bowl and then mix well.
4. coat the meat with potato starch.
5. deep fry meat at 170~180 degrees cooking oil.
6. done when cover is crisp!
#wrap with vinyl to store#
《Side Recipe》
1. Chop all mushrooms, cabbage and spring onion.
2. pour 2 spoons of cooking oil and copped spring onion on the heated pan then stir.
3. put in all mushrooms and cabbage in the pan then stir.
4. put in half spoon of soy sauce. 50ml water, half spoon of oyster sauce and pepper(optional) then stir until veggies are fully cooked.
