Perfect fusion menu of western and asian! Chef Bok brought his own recipe for Mara Rose Tteokbokki :)
Chef Bok cannot believe how delicious how delicious his own menu is lol it's easy to make and even those who cannot eat spicy food can eat it too! Let's go and make Mara Rose Tteokbokki!
《Ingredient》
2 portions of wheat rice cake
sausage, whip cream, mara sauce
canned whole tomato (or tomato sauce)
minced garlic, onion, unsalted butter
oyster sauce, sugar
Sichuan pepper oil
《Ingredient》
1. Put the wheat rice cake in warm water for softening.
2. Chop onion into little pieces
3. Melt couple inches long, one inch thick unsalted butter and spread on the pan.
4. Stir fry 2/3 spoon of minced garlic with sliced garlic.
5. Stir fry 250ml of whipping cream, 3 large or 4 smaller canned tomato. (Make sure it's stirred constantly and tomato is crushed fully)
6. Put sausage with wheat rice cake in the pan and stir constantly.
7. Put 1 spoon of mara sauce (saltiness may vary by brands so taste to see if it's right) and 1 spoon of sugar and stir fully.
