Nice work! When I screw the post together I mark 1.8m down in the middle and screw it, So that when I put my rails in they sit on top of the screws 😊

Pull string lines on the top & bottom as a precaution. That will make plumbing your post quicker and that makes it easy to notice any un-plumb posts.

Yeah laser level, but it depends how precise you want to be. Levelling with a 1200mm spirit level can do the trick on small runs.

Make the posts plumb and use the rail as a spacer as per normal. But then get longer sheets and cut top and bottom on angle

I'm surprised how easy to put the post into unmixed concrete. Plenty of water and concrete and the post can slid in so easily??? Hmm I'm installing one in a month's time not sure if I dare to do what he does. But it looks so easy.
