It is. I mean most uk cities are pretty rough these days but Leeds has really changed over the 9 years i've lived here.

I literally have not seen a child in Leeds city centre for 4 months. If you see a cat you can guarantee its been abandoned. Doesn't have a good feel althoufh i have not felt unsafe (maybe unnerved on occasions). It's actually overrun with immigrants being "taught" English.
