In 30 mph road why are you driving 18mph or etc

Sat nav and dash cam shows 3mph the original on the speedometer If you saw 18mph assume driver was doing 21mph in real time.. and they drive accordingly to the situation on the road by keeping forward planning and hazard in mind. If they do drive slow without any reason then progress mistake.

Could you tell me sir if we are going to herehill road at the end of the road the road divided into 3 line 1 left and 2 straight can we do signal before entering the line

You can give short signal Like give it to indicate people you moving to left lane to go straight. Then cancel it as you don’t want to mislead them as you turning left. Stay first lane to go straight. Or you also can stay second lane which go straight if sat nav showing you that you will be turning right from next traffic light junction. That will be your forward planning to choose the best lane for your journey. This way you can also avoid lane change last minute and can save you from the hazards and risk.
