As a man Utd fan of the 60s and 70s l must admit I didn't like him so much but as you get older you begin to realise he was a committed talented player. I was very fortunate to have met Billy at a function shortly before he died where he was guest speaker and he ranks as one of the best. He certainly went right up in my estimation. He told me that he scored the winning goal in 3 seperate semi-finals and lost all 3 finals (65,70 and 73) fortunately he did win a final in 72. I treasure that 3-4 minute chat with Billy bremner one of a kind.
