I’d love to see some of the younger guys get some late minutes to start a transition up & develop, but that seems to require us to be up by 3+ goals for Farke to be comfortable to put them on. Which in turn requires us to let the reigns off a little, so mostly wishful thinking

Ye I want to see more chambers, unreal in the u21s. Ye football is tough especially when you are part of a team with top players .. but for sure id love to see more of chambers .

I believe we have 2 spots open on the 25 man squad; 3 if we loan out Joffy which we should imo. Another 9 and a skilled 10 (preferably left footed that can double as a rw- Kebal 👀)are a must and I do believe we need a LB to cover for Firpo. I’m okay w Byram backing Bogle at RB but not keen to ever see him at LB again and Farke won’t play Schmidt. Besides that, replace Wober w loan if he leaves and perhaps upgrade on Solomon if one presents itself on loan.

Ye Joffy has to go play football doesn’t he. Maybe take a step down to league 1 and really prove himself, gain confidence then work his way back up. Kebbal sounds like the perfect profile for that doesn’t he 👀🤷‍♂️. But that would be too straight forward wouldn’t it Vega 😂

The wait is well worth it. I was so impressed with Schmidt, but as a more forward role. Your comments are so appropriate. I'm not certain whether Bogle being fit is the biggest issue...more like Bogle avoids match bans. I'd offer him another contract - but that's for me! Others will probably disagree. At present - if Tanaka is injured then GV will get more time, in my eyes. Awesome analysis mate. Well balanced as always. Thank you.

Remember Schmidt is on a 4 year contract. Not playing him is poor management

Ye I agree actually. I think it would be best sensible to offer a new contract. Ye my favourite thing about Schmidt is just the fact he’s a very consistent and overall good footballer with a lot of good qualities which makes he fairly competent in many positions and I do hope we get to see more of him sooner rather then later. If we buy anyone they need to be prem quality otherwise we will end up with players who can be good if we get promotion. So for me use the loan market for proven championship quality to help us over the line. The 3rd option is to pick up an unknown star from overseas. A player bought for peanuts who quickly becomes a top top baller over here.

Ye I’d probably prefer the loan market too or if there is a gem out there who won’t cost a lot ( tanaka for example).

If we are going Bundesliga 2 I’d much prefer Tim Lemperle much younger too with a very big potential. But Lindberg is having a decent season. I’d absolutely love McAtee and if we got him in the championship i would be utterly shocked. Could definitely play for a mid table premier league team imo

@ Your opinion. Would you go 4-4-2 ? Joseph Piroe up top. Central midfield stays the same. James wide left cos we have to play Byram. He hugs the line, Sam invites. Gnoto right cutting in and Bogale down the line
