We have to resonate with what the heart feels is pure and loving and not simply assume someone with a slick tongue is the best path to follow. Practice self-confidence then the opinions of others will be less important. This is how to resonate with your own inner being. It takes practice, but it's best to turn off the noise and selectively choose the content to resonate with. Meaning, simply do not scroll through all noise aimlessly. Have a distinct purpose to the information you fill your mind with. Thank you Lee for what you do.
