I use to be a strong activist, however the last couple of years I have pulled back and done more inner work. I can't say I have a desire to come out again and lead or truth tell or fix anyone. I am here and here is where others can find me. I would like to want to be more active again but I love my simple life of creating art. I like your suggestion of "I am open to meeting great people in 2020". It's been a long time since I've met like people, people with innovative minds and creative hearts. I would LIKE to meet them.

You are probably the fifth person who talks about collaboration and teamwork in 2020. I’m beyond excited as I embarked on a network marketing career, helping the soil, pets and people get healthy and others to become financially free. I never thought that this would be for me but it makes my heart sing. This comes on the heels of five exhausting years of going through my awakening process. My old self died. I dove very deep, saw myself as an energy healer at one point but I could tell that this time around I am supposed to serve in the mundane world. Yes, I can now speak my thruth, I can be in the world but not of it and remain emotionally detached to not feed into the collective fear and stress. When you spoke about the rise of love through death-of animals, of nature, my heart ached and cried. I am so horrified by our violence against nature, and by our lack of empathy, that I do not know how I will cope when more innocent animal and plant souls will be destroyed

I love Abraham Hicks conversation around this topic. It soothed me into a better place. They talk about how there is no death of energy, that we are all pure positive energy expressing ourselves in diverse forms and what we call death is just a re-emergence back into non physical and that plants and animals have less resistance to this concept therefore flow easily to one state to the next. The pain and suffering of watching others suffer in my experience is almost worse in some cases for us empaths because we insert ourselves into the experience by storytelling and then identifying with that story to the point of suffering. Eckhart Tolle also talks about this as over identification with the ego and our pain body. I realized this is a self centered move to concentrate on how I feel about another's pain making it my own instead of being the space for them. Worry is not love. Pity is not love. Getting so in my head about somebody else's experience of life that I join them in their pain is emeshment. When I do this, my ability to help or come from a place if solutions and action was limited and I would loss sleep over things that later I discovered was resolved without my interference. My human mind loves to super impose MY thoughts and MY experience about THEIR experience onto THEM as a way to find a story for that needed dopamine hit and to make sense of things. Ab redirects me back to my emotions as a guidance tool that lets me know if my thoughts about any situation is lining up with Sources take on it. I can see pain and not add to the story about it. Take action when I need to and know that all is well because pain is a part of every life and I don't need to label it bad, suffering is definitely an option...animals have that concept more down pat than us humans I think. Take what you like and leave the rest. Hope some of it helps.

I hear you Benedetta, this is very difficult. However, the way that I ease this pain is the knowledge that animals and plants are consciousness, and consciousness is never lost. Each will remanifest, like we do when we die. We, as mass consciousness have forgotten that we are part of nature, the two of us cannot be separated. In modern times there has been a huge disconnect and I think this one of the reasons we hurt so, that feeling of separation. For when plants and animals die, a part of us goes with them, we grieve the loss, like losing a piece of our heart. Sending love and encouragement, we are shifting, moving forward, becoming more aware and with this awareness we will create a new paradigm where we understand the tremendous importance of being connected to the natural world.💚

That was a fantastic reply to the question asked Re relationship break ups and how to know if it’s over or not. My husband and I divorced, it was the most terrible thing we both went through and I’d not wish it on anyone but it needed to happen. We’re both forward focussed forgiving and wanted the best for each other. We never even considered getting back together even though we owned the farming property together ! Much died between us with enormous grief but 5 yrs later all ‘ the water under the bridge ‘ had passed and it was an all new marriage. I was advised to state clearly what I didn’t want any reverting back to within the new relationship, this was hugely helpful In hindsight. It’s been 20 yrs since then and we’re stronger and more focussed on a new life together than if we were still together from our 1970 marriage. Having a grownup children by the second marriage made a huge difference to this new bonding. Lee I know you knew what you were talking about. Toxic family woundings reopened, abandonments and yes death of beloved pet, life upheaval and relocation, heart healing from these heart rending experiences. Anxiety and fears faced alone with new people stepping in and holding space. Walking away from conflict and abuse. Will my heart be whole again or is it for the first time since childhood wounding? Thank you Lee :) I feel more at peace. I have had a decade of upheaval, conflict, tragedy also a lot blessings, mostly drama though. I have done a lot of inner work and feel I am growing and evolving. This past year has been hard with world events involving natural tragedies like Amazon and Australia burning up, animals being slaughtered , going extinct. Things like this have never affected me on such a level where I can actually go into a depression and just hurt so much about it all. So your words around love through death helped me look at things differently and know that more people will come to develop more love more for nature, even thogh (gulp) there will be more loss. If I had a personal mantra it would be 'truth and integrity'. I detest the fakeness that makes it so difficult for someone like me to negotiate this world. It wears me out. Hello Lee, I am just watching your video now (5/1/2020) I have only gotten 7:46 into it and it is explaining exactly how I feel over the past 3 days. Going into the New Year I could not feel any excitement or change (may be i was too busy working lol) but over the past 3 days i feel i can not shut my brain down, totally buzzing all the time and finding it very over whelming. I live in Australia and live not far from some the fires around us and maybe this event has also elevated my sensory system. I feel my soul is aching for the loss the fires are creating holistically and this really weighs on me ( I have always been told i am "a bit sensitive"). I have also had sudden clarity with my family which triggered me to not put up with certain negative actions from them anymore - hence I have created my own fireball out of it (which is good as it will clear the air). In the past I have always stagnated on my decision making but over the past 3 days i have run with my decision and act on them - so very interesting to listen to your video which you created back on the 19th Dec 2019 and relating it to today..THank you as i have been very lost in this last 3 days -very emotional in a negative way . I know it isn't always easy to live here. I am in the FFM area. It helps to have online groups to raise your own vibe. There are many different communities out there. I have found people here in Germany through Teal Swan's work. I met people at a workshop in Amsterdam 3 years ago - made a huge difference. She's coming again in May 2020. May 2020 be easier and lighter for you!
