Camera and mic look and sound awesome! Nice to see you setting the woods leeks aside - a lot of folks just chop away and then are surprised when the resulting food is nearly inedible. Sounds like you need a hard hat to save your noggin from hail 😁😂 Most of the premade puff pastry here is made with Rapeseed oil which Irene can’t eat. Time to try making some again. Have a great weekend Steve! Take care and stay healthy.

Cheers guys. I have made puff pastry in the past but what a lot of fussing about - even the "top" chefs admit that they use ready made (Okay, there are good and poor ready mades out there LOL) I've been using the Zoom F1-LP since you recommended it - thanks. And now, its mic plugs in to the new camera - bonus! Stay safe you two!

Digwell Greenfingers I’d gladly use premade puff pastry if I could find some without Rapeseed oil ... Irene can’t eat it. Watching you make those pies just makes me want something terribly. Have a fun remainder of your week!

Paul Savident we’ve just added a stainless ricer to our kitchen to replace a very old plastic ricer. Makes 👩🍳 by mashed potatoes a snap! Perfect mash every time with little fuss. Take care and stay healthy.
