Hi from Scotland, hi Geoff will the frost not kill the sweet peas if planted out in march ,I grow m8ne the same way you do and keep snipping them till they bush out we can get ready low temperatures and hard frost then,Geoff when you were sowing your leeks the camera is only showing your face and not showing us what your doing I look forward to following you through this years season hope your back gets better cheers anne from Scotland

Thanks for the great tips Jeff, I'm just learning as you know, I sowed some broccoli in September in the greenhouse, platted them outside in the raised beds, and there look very healthy I have some of the heads about 3in in diameter, I don't know if I have just been lucky but it looks like I'm going to have some early broccoli I did the same with the cauliflower ok the heads where not very big but I still got a harvest, I'm sorry to hear about your fence if you are needing a hand to put it back up I'm hear to help if you need me Kevin

@gardenaddict hi I grow a lot of sweat peas have Done for years I always snip them back and you get loads of shots at the bottom of the stems and that means you get load more flowering stems I hate the weather in scotland its so cold and holds your seedlings back roll on some sunny days take care
