I tried this two days ago for a healing with a coworker/friend after the uncomfortableness of not speaking for 4 weeks. I virtually (in my mind) did the ceremony and said the words with intention to heal. Exactly 23 hours later somehow I am sitting across the table at a restaurant with her and other people and she asked to hang out afterward. We had such a fun time and realized we both wanted to heal. Powerful stuff!!! Thank you. I have had another successful cord cutting story with another person this week as well. When I was in high school, there was a new boy that walked into the class and I wasnt even looking in the direction of him at all. But I felt something and looked over at him and he looked at me and the ENERGY I felt when our eyes met was SO INTENSE. I literally felt like I was being drawn to him. My heart would race and I couldnt breathe, he couldnt stop staring at me either. It was the scariest and weirdest thing I had ever felt. The best way I can describe it is from the movie Donnie Darko, where Donnie has an invisible tunnel of energy protruding out of his stomach and pulling him to the same direction in which it was going. Long story short, I was always sad when I wasnt around this guy and we ended up feeling the same way about each other. I didnt know how he felt until it was too late. He was only here for a month but didnt want to tell me. We spent so much time together, I ended up going to his house and meeting his dad, everything was very magical and rosy? It was the strangest thing. As I was leaving, he kissed me and I didnt kiss him back because I was so confused. He never wanted to show how much he loved me to protect me??? I never got over how much I loved him for the next 7 years and I think if I saw him again, I would feel the same way.

Thank you for creating this video! I used to see a spiritual advisor and we did cord healing and blocking exercises, he wasn't into cutting because the nature is so intense and if you want to reconnect with the person later, it's messy. So his way was to heal the cord as much as possible, by visualizing the connection and picturing yourself blessing it with a colour of light which would heal the frays and start sending more positive vibrations between the two of you. Then if you wanted to block the cord, you could picture yourself rolling a heavy Boulder or something on top of it to stop the flow of energy, that way if you wanted to remove it later you could. However, when I was looking for methods of how to create a ceremony all I could find was cutting exercises. I'm so grateful I found this practice and I will integrate these modalities with my previous experience to heal some energetic cords that I can feel are not serving my soul right now.

It came to me just in time. I unintentional hurt my now ex gf very bad and she does not want to see me again or even to get close. My words are not enough at this point and I don't want to cut the cord with her. I feel highly energetically and emotionally connected to her. I wish I could have her back to my life but for now, at least I want the best for her even if she won't let me to come close. Every time I do this meditation I feel like I get a glance of her pain reflected towards me. I feel it is healing us both and I pray for her to let me come a bit closer again one day.
