Joe Schmoe its actually easy.I used to have a shoe which had insoles.It was made with insoles.And it feels like your kinda tip toing but at the same time walking normally.Its like wearing heals but more secure

YOU GUYS I don't think he was ACTUALLY wearing that many insoles. If you look at when he stands on them, they are higher than the shoe on his other foot. Just think about it, his feet wouldn't even fit in those shoes with that many insoles.
