@@HeavyMilkSyrup To get the best look with enhanced motion blur, which makes the video look very more realistic, i had to add it after the recording so i played without any effects. Tho on Workshop there is potentially some screen effects that could work in VR but i never tested it for now. Maybe i will create a guide later on channel for people to make own stuff.

@danrise44 Yes and though fun for a minute I don't like the idea of a headset glued to my head the whole time.I just like the way the camera operates in vr, I know it can be done through a mod or altering the code but I don't have much knowledge on how to mod left 4 dead games so it would be nice if there was a mod that emulates the vr camera but cuts the sway etc down to 80%.

It WAS terrifying when i played, no music, only sounds of horror and dread. Playing lone is very challenging even if i had a few buffs, this game managed to kill me 6 times when recording.

this actulaly FEELS like the pilot left and eventually, came back to the extraction point to get you in RE2 remake it felt like hte pilot just arrived but here it feels like the pilot legit left you, but then, while your holding out, he comes back i know know, its possible in RE that the pilot was there waiting and left when hunk told him to and THEN came back and arrived at the RPD, but here it felt much more like "i told the pilot to leave, and he did, now, here at the extraction point, ontop of this building in a city overrun with the dead, i might as well go down fighting...oh hey, the pilot came back, might as well get while the gettings good"

Even as avid VR Left 4 Dead 2 enjoyer, I don't understand why this is the only VR game that manage to make EVERY moments feel cinematic and life like. Like you lose almost all VR manual interaction like reloading but it still look and feel natural. Oh right I haven't played Half Life Alyx yet but still that's probably the only game that come close and it also made by Valve.

Hey for L4D2 a lot of resident evil mods exist as well as some other enhancing mods with like HD lighting compiles and just other neat things I found which could be useful to you let me know if you want me to tell you any interesting mod names for you to look at, including entire Resident Evil campaigns from Roku so I imagine VR on my current L4D2 mod setup that even allows issuing the ai teammates commands that they actually follow or hold position or "Come this way" etc via the radial wheel would be insane in VR. This looks absolutely crazy. This makes me want a VR headset literally just for this RIGHT NOW. Awesome what you did here and I am awe inspired to do the same one day, jaw dropped. Resident Evil monsters and even Aliens Xenomorphs exist for the Spitter with sounds too. You can even get a RE4 regenerator for the smoker which is horrifying with sounds too! Nemesis tank with sounds and standing, walking, running animations upright with music! It exists! Let me know if you ever need links, names. I have Verdugo from RE4 for Hunter right now but others exist. Lickers are questionable functional wise for smoker the nice one with proper Licker animations is bugged atm. Jockey can be Hunter gamma or even a giant mutated rat from STALKER with different sounds too. Metro 2033 Librarian exists for the tank even. So even other survival horror or apocalypse related games have some great custom monster models. Animation mods enhance the experience too for infected and special infected to change attack and movement animations. Can make the common infected swipes go even faster and no more slow wound up hits. (Animation Bug fix basically). Can make survivors jump to their feet after getting knocked down etc. Survivor animations are cool. If you're a huge Max Payne fan like me you can get a Max Payne 1 or Max Payne 3 etc character model replacement for nick. (Perfectly suitable). Then a Max Payne 3 voice line mod exists for nick too. Allowing you to literally play as Max Payne in L4D2. Voice lines and all. It's amazing and hilarious and honestly way more badass, I prefer Max Payne 3 over Nick. They even look like similar people lol. I imagine with the ai mod I have that exists that improves both teammates ai and enemy ai this would make the gameplay incredibly challenging and unhinged. I find my Hardened or Normal playthroughs actually very hard with my mod setup as it is!!! The ai mod I am speaking of makes a huge deal on how the enemies and survivors ai behaves. Survivor ai can literally play and finish a level themselves and help each other doing it after your dead, even rescuing you from a closet rather then instant game over.

My wish for a RE game in the future: A non-canon storyline of Resident Evil: Bio Warfare, in a first-person mode Call Of Duty and Doom-like gameplay style, 60FPS, featuring HUNK, Carlos, USS Alpha Team, USS Delta Team and UBCS Team. Made by the collaboration of CAPCOM, Treyarch and Bethesda with epic boss fights in every stages from all RE games from RE0 to RE7 or RE8. Cool, dramatic, emotional storylines, epic missions, awesome and satisfying QTEs finishing moves on enemies (no human enemies please) and bosses, customisable and unlockable weapons, costumes, finishing moves, stages, etc. So many things can be done if done it correctly and properly.
