ohh now i get it that is why l4d2 zombies just hit the survivors not eating them becouse they are already infected and its not effecting them thats why its just hitting them not eating the survivor

The disease doesn't make the infected goes hungry but instead they become more violent and has no control over their body while retaining what little consciousness they had left, they still can be called human at some point
