It's great for single player and multiplayer, the cost should be technically the same around the world. Steam let's you have a refund AS LONG AS IT'S BEEN UNDER A WEEK AND YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED LONGER THAN 2 HOURS. If you want, you can wait for it to go on sale(probably during December or the summer sale).
