It's pretty crazy to think that a car from 1998 is actually "old" now right? Well, this 1998 Ford Escort used to be a daily driver until it was left to sit for the last few years. But in this video, we got it totally revived starting with the Disaster Detail portion of the job. It had a bunch of organic growth on it, etc. It took a lot of elbow grease and All Purpose Cleaner to get the paint completely cleaned up.
Once we finished all of the clean up, we brought it inside and assessed what all the car needed. We serviced both the engine & transmission, got new tires for it, and other little things like cleaned the throttle body, checked suspension out, bushings, alignments, and everything else. And even though we had some minor hiccups, 5 days later we had a Ford Escort totally cleaned up and back on the road!
