The effects, whether they are used or not, are always stored in the game until they’re called in. Hence the Rhythm Kart sign, the balloons in Pajama Party, and etc. I believe these are ports, or even if not, they’re probably based off the same program, so they were kept there. Maybe they wanted to pad out game files; it’s not uncommon.

1:53 the blocker is a part of the sprite group When it loads the Sprite group it loads all sprites within that group so it loads the blocker, Tweezers, faces and hairs in the group the blocker is normally out of screen I literally am in the process of coding a game I know im a geek
