Just wondering ? Have yins ever made jams with ur maple syrup ? I see ‘some’ recipes on google. Seems it’d work for darker jams ? Dunno , just a thought

Sorry I’m late … happy birthday Sharon! Hope you had fun in the Dominican!! Quick question: what did you line the bottom of your cake pans with? Was it parchment paper? I assume it helps keep the bottom of the cake from getting crumbly? Not seen that done before (as you can tell not much of a baker!!) I definitely wouldn’t be a good farmer…so sad to see the cows go to auction! No wonder spooky cow hides!!!
