Left or Right Torticollis?

It can be pretty tricky to determine what side torticollis your baby has and then what stretches you can do to help release tension. Follow the tilt!

therefore after several sessions the head can turn and tilt in the same side! that's what happened to my baby! the pediatrician, seeing that her head was flat on the right side she thought that the tortícolis was was on the left side! Please have the baby hips checked to make sure they are okay somehow hips and torticollis are correlated too

Hello my baby has normal SCM thickness. She has a tilt towards lift and normal rotation on both sides. Can you help me get a set of exercises for trapezius thickness and shortness.

Hi, my baby has started to feed more on left breast, and also prefers looking on left side. Although he can rotate his head easily but he prefers left side. Is this feeding preference part of Torricolis? What can I do to Fix it. Thanks

It's not necessarily linked to visual problems, but they might have a preference for turning their head to look in one direction rather than both.

According to my pediatrician, yes they might have visual problems too!
