i just wanna correct one note in your lecture, is that the VSD increase the flow to the pulmoary circulation, thus there will be more flow to the levt atrium and ventricle and will cause Left sided heart dilation and not the right heart. so you will find left heart dilation with pulmonary HTN. The right heart will dilate at late stages and Eisen minger pgysiology will start. Dr Amro Rashid, interventional cardiology.
