Oponiéndose a la religión y la autoridad sus continuos conflictos con la policía de Nueva York preceden a la formación de la banda. Formados en el año 2000 mientras su anterior banda Choking Victim, se deshacía, combinan la música hardcore, punk, crust y ska.
