Nice! When I reheat burgers on a pan, I'll add a couple tablespoons of water to create steam, since water transfers heat faster than air so it heats a bit more evenly and faster. I think it also helps to keep the temps a bit lower so the non-stick doesn't get too hot, but I'm sure some hot spots are inevitable.
