Just imagine this from Charlie's perspective: You don't know why, but you're drawn to this animatronic bear. You don't know what it is, but something about it almost forces your attention on it. (this being the False Sensory Output) The animatronic bear's chest splits open and tilts upwards. You're not worried though. It can't hurt you, you're already dead. Long, mechanical tendrils with claws slither out of the animatronic's limbs. Then you realize; it's not here to hurt you, it's here to capture you. You're scared and try to flee but it's already too late. The mechanical tendrils have already clamped onto your limbs. You keep fighting, struggling to get yourself free. Then suddenly, you hear music. It's calming. It's soothing. (this being the Dream Wand/Soother) You keep trying to fight it as it slowly drags you closer but you eventually give in and let it take you. Your legs are pulled into the bear's legs; your arms are pulled into the bears arms. Another tendril wraps around your waist and forces you further in place. The chest closes like two sinister claws locking you in their grip. Yet another tendril wraps around your neck, forcing your head back. The bear's head slips over your's and the chest fully closes. You're now imprisoned, awaiting to see where you'll be taken to next.

I did take a lot of time making it as real as I could, but I have to confess there is some cheating going on here and there. For example, the floating tubes with the claws on them are actually too long and too thick to fully fit in the spools when they coil up. But I did make a general effort to lean towards realism, so I appreciate it being noticed!

I genuinely love this so much. The thought that went into making the 3d model something actually possible than just saying "hey, Puppet's in there" (which, isn't necessarily a bad thing because game aspects don't really have to be physically possible to be a part of the game), it's so cool. The movements are so smooth and realistic. And the sound design is absolutely lovely.

I appreciate the recognition for how much thought I put into this (which was a lot, don't get me wrong), but I must come clean and say that calling it 'physically possible' would be going too far. There are all sorts of cheats going on here, like the spools in the hands and feet aren't spacious enough to fit the full coils of tube, the tubes themselves are basically just magic tentacles, and whole thing would just fall over as soon as it leaned that far back.

I think its interesting how lefte sort of parallels baby. Both were created by one of the founders of fazbear inc and end up capturing the creator’s daughter. To everyone saying that "The Mechanism is so gentle", you're missing the fact that the Puppet wouldn't want to get captured in the first place. Let me elaborate. The puppet shown on FNAF 2 is very agile and moves quickly through the pizzeria, i believe that LEFTY was not only made just with the purpose to capture the Puppet, but also to severely hinder its movement and to return to a set point so it could be sold to Michael or left in the alleyway. In reality i think that it was a hard struggle, the puppet being agile and all.

I think it was so it would be bought by whoever was intended to buy the FNAF 6 location, which ended up being Michael. Henry designed it to look appealing, and something that could reasonably end up in a location, and then priced it very low so that it had a high chance of being there once Henry set the place on fire.

Most of the people are saying that "look how careful and soft he is" it's a showcase, in reality it would be much more aggressive, remember left-e is meant to literally trap the puppet inside of it and the puppet is really agile and fast so left-e would need to be even faster and very aggressive to be able to capture the puppet inside of it. I imagine left-e on a back alley on night face to face with the puppet, he opens and the claws burst of of his chest so fast the puppet can't even run from them and then she's dragged into and firmly secured inside of it. Also something I never understood why it's, why does left-e attacks you during the night's? He's not possessed or anything he's just another animatronic why would even activate during the nigth and attack you? Makes no sense, he's most likely to be the only animatronic that actually does what he's supposed to do and attacking you isn't what's he's supposed to do

It never was realistic. Even though now it's very complicated but even back in fnaf 1 the animatronics looked very sci-fi and certainly didn't belong in a children's restaurant, I don't get it when people say that the animatronics from the first game look convincing
