Here we link up with Martin Fitzwater and Branch Warren in a hot Metroflex Plano for one of the 7 leg workouts left before Martin competes in the Texas Pro.
When asked if this type of training and harsh environment is conducive with attaining his all time best physique Martin responds, "just look at the progress I have made in the last 8 months training this way, in this type of environment."
"Branch pushes me to lift poundages and volume that I would not try if I were training baby myself."
Martin had is rookie season as a professional last year and is looking to hurt really take up space here in his second year as an IFBB Pro at the Texas Pro in August.
