Hey man, I commented about losing an organ and having a stroke do to surgery( I fully recovered) in another video. I do front squats in the arsenal machine. Also do hamstring curls. My legs blew up after sumo deadlifts and leg press. I realized squats gave strength, but weren't the mass builder. I ditched back squats for front squats and ditched the quad curls for hanstring( my thinking was quads get hit enough in leg press and front squats ). Have you ever seen people's legs get bigger over leg press than squats? Also I live in ohio( north east ). I had to rebuild my body 3 times over. I always thought imagine if I didn't, how big would I be? Lol. Finally got my bench from 135 in reps to 190 lbs reps. I use to rep 245lbs. Also I got to watch my abs to not create too much intra abdominal pressure. So I lat pull instead of chin ups. I also use to floor press, sounds weird in a gym...but that's what helped me get to 245 for reps. I never maxed, I focus on reps and adding weight on reps. I don't have fun doing only 1 exercise and doing a total body. Anyway, GL on videos and didn't know your take on the front squat machine ( arsenal ) and leg presses over back squats and if your leg days usually have this volume in the vid and if it's once a week.

I would really like to see how you would go about something like this, a high volume leg workout, but at home and without a buddy. I don't have gym access and have up to thirty pound dumbbells, a hip band, a bar with round weights (totalling 95 pounds), and some rubber bands. And I really struggle to know how to get spent in my workout. It would be an interesting challenge to see you do, at least.
