Squeeze the money like it owes you muscle. In all seriousness, your vids like this have really motivated me to get back into training last year and I really like the way you change up your workouts each time which helps make it more interesting and I’ve low key been enjoying my leg days for the last few months thanks to your workouts. Keep up the good work brother, I hope to see more vids like this in the future😁

If you’re not on gear or if your cardiovascular fitness is not on point some of these exercises will kill your lungs before they fully get your legs close to failure, because of how taxing they are your cardiovascular and immune system . If you’re not fit yet I suggest sticking to machines for legs so you can fully deplete the legs before your lungs.

You know, I have been looking for more ways to build legs because I've really fallen behind as of late; University makes it difficult to get in the gym. My leg day is power cleans, deadlifts, leg presses and calf raises. When I do get in the gym, it's big three days first: Tricep, Bicep, and Chest. I've also gotta say that I have the issue where my waist is a 33.5 and my quads are a 36 which makes life a little more difficult, so skinnier legs can be a plus.
