It’s good to see men who prioritize their leg workouts and are proportionate in regard to lower body and upper body size . Reminds me of a soccer player type of look instead of the inverted triangle that you see in bodybuilding

You know, I have been looking for more ways to build legs because I've really fallen behind as of late; University makes it difficult to get in the gym. My leg day is power cleans, deadlifts, leg presses and calf raises. When I do get in the gym, it's big three days first: Tricep, Bicep, and Chest. I've also gotta say that I have the issue where my waist is a 33.5 and my quads are a 36 which makes life a little more difficult, so skinnier legs can be a plus.

Any suggestions? I want to build the muscle in my knees and thigh. I tore my lcl and mcl in left knee, and my acl in right knee playing sports and never got surgery just kept getting pain shots and kept playing. I’m 26 now and my knees are definitely weak and damaged. I just got back working out and mainly been doing core and cardio trying to get my legs back under me at least. My thighs are big like yours just not as defined, I have big calfs, but my knees are bad. Should I workout and get them better or after all these years try and get surgery?
