Dude had the owner of the company and ran his mouth for 6 straight minutes before Winslow let himself into the conversation. But what REALLY makes this video bad is that instead of showing us the truck we’re just stuck looking at you and your awkward passenger. Well done.

Just found this here looking for old Dodge Power Wagons. In the early 1960's working construction jobs we had a Power Wagon from WWII that looked real beat up but that was a powerful beast.

Awesome truck. I just notice at the 4:51 mark, you were filming on Black Star canyon rd. I've have driven out there hundreds of times over the last 6 years taking my mom who has Dementia out for drives. Haven't been able to get out there lately. I wish I could afford one of Legacy's wagons but I'm doing good to hold onto my '06 Power Wagon.

For those that can afford that, more power to you. For myself... this will never happen. Food and rent are what occupy my daily toils. But my dream... one day... to have an old Power Wagon... nothing custom, maybe slightly restored, maybe falling apart, I would not quibble. Just to have a Power Wagon I could fix little by little or pay our local mechanic to rebuild the engine to keep it running. -- Anyways, cool custom.

Nice truck but why do we have to see the two guys talking about it more than we see the truck? It's like if I showed our 1971 Olds 442 but instead of seeing it, I just stood in front of it and told everyone how awesome it is. Nothing personal, fellas. You're nice guys, I'm sure.

350 hp is turned UP, not down for the 5.9. The latest common rail variant made 325 in the high output option. And at 350 horses the torque should be somewhere around 700. Love the truck though

Leather straps on the hood, and you think 3 times the cost of a $100,000 car "starts to make sense". It doesn't make sense in any galaxy. Very cool looking and powered, but the price doesn't come close to making sense.

That looks like a true 1 ton single axle late model chassis with a power wagon body. I don’t see 300k for a truck like this and honestly you can buy 4 new 1 ton dueleys fully loaded at that. Why are people so gullible these days. I’m not waiting 2 years for a truck that can be built in 6 months or less
@gordowg1wg1453 жыл бұрын
SO much stupid in the comments... Sure, it's expensive - but when you add up labour costs, plant cost, hardware costs, and the cost of the original vehicle, it isn't that 'out there'. Sure, there're also some things I'd have done differently, but each vehicle is custom built to suit the client - this truck is build for HIM, not me. and certainly not for the whiners!

$280k for that truck. Why? There is nothing about that truck that screams $280 thousand dollars.
@WHJeffB5 жыл бұрын
I have to agree... It's a gorgeous truck, no doubt. Lots of work went into it, performed by highly skilled craftsmen with many years of experience. A lot of top end components (the engine, front/rear end, transfer case, shocks/suspension, etc...) went into it. But not $280k worth. The uniqueness/exclusivity of this truck, puts it in a place were anyone that could afford to buy it wouldn't care if it was $150k or $300k. I couldn't say what the truck is actually worth, but I'd be willing to bet the owner of the company that's building these things is making pretty good "bank" off each one he sells... Good for him though, nothing wrong with that.
@gordowg1wg1455 жыл бұрын
TBH, other than the turbo' squealing like a guy from Deliverance, I'd expect cusom dials and controls more fitting the period - that modern stuff clashed like Madonna with Betty Grable...

No, the price doesn't make sense. It's just for that small group of folks who think paying more means they won some sort of prize. Even if I had the money I wouldn't buy it. I could build a nice garage then build the truck in that garage myself for less than what they want for that truck by itself.

Cool dodge international Cummings but if chopping put the stacks up behind the cab so in 4x4 don't rip the muffler off and put a Detroit diesel motor in it with blower turbo rockers have widen out the front a bit but a strait cat 6 or international good choice but the v twin block Detroit would scream good rims with vaule steam blocks so tree roots don't rip off the value steam maybe some good michiallin military tires with lugs cool trucks. Basically a chopped supped up farmall international tractor only 4x4 and a old coup four door chop the nose off and beef it up. Run you some red head lights for night runs
