@Brucifer2 Not kidding you in the slightest, dude! The cutscene where Raziel sees Vorador watching him will disturb the birds. If you don't save after that, and then reload that save, you'll never get out of the temple (same goes if you disturb the birds again after saving). I found that glitch out after looking at a GameFAQs walkthrough after tearing my hair out trying to leave the damn temple!

Kain goes back in time and enters the Realm of the Hylden to seek a way to end the Elder God. Or a game in the future where single surviving member of Raziels clan finds a kindred human and merge into a single being as they seek answers as well as revenge only to find the path to Kain himself as he seeks for an answer to the real problem Raziel allowed him to see.

Words cannot describe how long I have been impatiently and eagerly awaiting some kind of new content of any kind to this much beloved franchise. And not too soon: I just beat Defiance emulating through RPCS2 on Steam Deck for the umpteenth time since getting it in my OG Xbox 21 years ago and I played and completed SR 2 for the very first time the same way (I never had a PS2). I'm sure I'll get negative feedback on what im about to say, but my hope with this remaster is, and has been for a long time really anyway, is that someone newer will get a hold of this game and story that many of us grew up with and loved , and will work hard to get it turned into a TV series sooner than later. 🤞 I've wanted to see a live action of this for so long, and I hope someone with the "power" and, ultimately, love for this story will turn it into a live action show. It would be wonderful in the correct hands!

Not right now. The PC version is on GOG and the PS1 version will be on PS4 and 5 as a “Classics” release sometime in the next couple of months, but no word on if it’ll come to Switch. I’d like to hope it would, I’m pretty sure simply porting over the PS1 version with different buttons in the menus should be easy.

Yea but me and my group of friends didn't know it til the Dreamcast port. I think it showed the Dreamcast off kinda even though it was a port. It looked and ran better. That was neat. ​@@Lockn3s5 We deserve this

Actually picked up the Dreamcast version a few months ago when someone parted with their entire Dreamcast collection since the PC version (essentially the same release) is unavailable on GOG.
