To any collectathon, hoarder, 100%er, or someone who loves putting their epic loot on display. This mod is the best mod for those types of players. On its own it's a fantastic mod that scraches that "collect them all" mentality I have. With the patches oh my lord does this mark it up to 12. Honestly one of the best mod I've played and anytime I start a new load order this along with the vast majority of the mods it's compatible with gain a permanent load order for me. The only downside is if you do go down my route you basically take up 98 plug ins. That's a lot of plug ins for one mod and it's patches. But so worth it IMHO.

Thank you for making this video. I wanted to see if this Mod was worth downloading but after watching the video by "Syn Gaming" I still felt like I knew literally nothing about the mod. All he did was repeat over and over again "this mod is awesome, its great. this is the best mod ever. you'll never see a better mod. you gotta try this mod it's so good." but your video is infinitely better at actually explaining the contents of the mod, and it's 7 minutes shorter. Oh wow! I didn't know there was a whole new different looking museum for sse. I still play dragonborn gallery on the normal addition. when I FINALLY finish my museum on that, I'm going to have to go on the special edition, get that mod and do IT ALL AGAIN! :D This mod is the reason I got so addicted to skyrim, love collecting and displaying things, and its the only museum simulation game I can find xD

I do like this mod, but as a fair warning the patches for this mod are absolutely horrifying to go through. There are 174 folders in the official patches you can install. Although I like this mod it was not worth the time that it would take to shuffle through every single folder to figure out what was what. For some reason the person who put the patches together thought it'd be great to abbreviate everything. So If you have the Solitude Expansion Patch for this mod it's listed as 01 SEP. Some times were properly named so if you clicked on the folder you understood what patch it was for, but others were completely up in the air. One was called "06 AOS" and the file inside is named "DBM_AOS_Patch" so I have no idea what mod that's for. I can recognize mod names as something I have but not their abbreviations. So I just did the easy thing and uninstalled this mod instead.

...Bruh it's a FOMOD. An autoinstaller, you need to use MO2, don't install in manually.

@@Xenoforge78 at the time I was manually installing my mods and was not using mod manager. I’ll admit that I didn’t do my proper research when figuring out the best way to mod skyrim. I found out not long after I posted how to install this properly, though I ultimately decided to switch to modlists as they tend to run smoother.

Gonna give it a try. Seems they are still updating things into 2022. Plus there are additional patch mods that allow for the configuration of Creation Club items, so Anniversary Addition people should likely consider that as well.

But essentially, you place shipment boxes at the carriages, inns and vanilla player homes and after 5 hours (I think?) the inventory in the shipment gets delivered to the museum. And it's not solely for display items, it could be food, supplies, anything.

Does anyone else have the issue when playing this on the xbox one s the jade warrior 2 statue can't be found? The quest markers takes you to a Boulder by karthspire. Check all around the karthspire camp too . Basically no way to get all 3 relics to progress in the museum.

@Leonardo-gn9ci just play the gane like normal and keep collecting stuff, once you've collected enough items a quest will open up. The mod essentially says once every 100 or so items you get quest :)

Gday. I hope I get a reply. Although you answered much for me I have a few more questions and doubts about this mod. I didn't play with this mod but I am convinced that many people love it with good reason but as for me I feel kinda overwhelmed by this in a bad way. Personally for me the narrative of my dragonborn is important and I don't want to do things that is against what I want my dragonborn end up being ( like a cannibal or an assassin or helping certain daedra ) so in that way empty displays will shout at me. Won't this mod make a treasure hunter of the dragonborn instead of "pursuing destiny" I don't wanna end up playing as a collector for a (badass) museum instead of being the Last Dragonborn! and how it works exactly ? Things just load up in the displays ? or should I put the items in its place ? and If I ever want to use those items I should go back and pick it up ? This mod is for sure a top shelf Mod and may the Nine bless the authors ;) but I am not sure that I want to end up liking this if that makes any sense =)

Hey your good friend, this mod is just a way of letting you display stuff youve collected on your journey while rewarding you for actually putting stuff in the museum like doing actual dragonborn stuff like restoring the amulet of kings by gaining the favor of Akatosh and conversing with his avatar and exploring ancient dwarven ruins that have a device that let you change your characters armors appearance, and you dont have to leave the real artifact there you can make replicas of the item you want to use and still get credit for collecting it. Plus it's important to remember you dont have to like this mod every playthrough is different and theres no need to push yourself to like something that might not be your thing thats why mods exist to add things youll like so you do you :)

Private tower in Helgen Reborn with houses and lands is well enough for me. This legacy of the Dragonborn is best to use by itself with no other mods in your game. It has too many conflicts with other mods. I am not going to pull my hair out trying to resolve all the conflicts in my load order. Looks cool. Just best to not use other mods if you decide to use this one.

To say its "just a museum mod" is kind of an understatement. The mod is indeed a museum mod but also a quest mod and guild mod and even a house mod with unique lore-friendly quests that delve into into its unique characters and even your nature as a dragonborn at some points. Not to mention all the unique and awesome treasures and equipment you can find on your journey through skyrim and all the other quest mods that are compatible with Legacy can be displayed in the museum giving you a sense of progress throughout your entire playthrough of skyrim makes this mod so much more enjoyable.

@@vnixz no man's sky ended up overselling itself ive played through this mod multiple times and i can confirm its not overselling itself its just a really good museum mod that works with so many other mods on nexus i cant really tell you anymore then i have already its really up to you to try it yourself and see what I and many others have seen i built my load order around it and so far have regretted nothing as i now have so much interesting stuff to do when playing skyrim

Nope adds in a bunch of locations and quests as well as items seen in previous games, it even integrates well with quest mods like Moon and Star to give you places to store weapons and items from mod items

It's a known glitch with the cells not matching up. For me at least my quest was completed when I made it to the elevator for the legacy quest. Legacy has it's own wraithguard and sunder, with keening being in vanilla so I took it as a win

When I can get a console for less than that. Ofcourse atlest a new laws in the works and about to be passed that all games for pc If they have mods the same mods must go to console if not the creator will be sued and POSBILELY worse. I think this is relatively a good thing beacuse consoles always get this as a answer for a mod port request "NOT PUTTING IT ON CONSOLE" Or my Favorite "NO JUST GET A PC" so this will eliminate that as users will be forced to treat console equal.
