Definitely the best video on farming money out there. The only thing is the pricing of where to farm. Mentioned in the video was that you can more per hour at the volcano because it's easier to farm the volcano and the magmis won't chew through your cards as much. Where I can see that it might be faster farming the volcano I found when I was farming there I was averaging about 6k for every 99 cards whereas at the cenote I was averaging 9k per 99 cards. The cenote gives you more in return and with the right set up and stacking of debuffs I never found the catch rate to be that much more difficult there as opposed to the volcano.

I've been trying to farm for Luma Occlura as well, and I've farmed and bought a Luma Magmis and a Luma Platypet using Pansuns while doing so. Keep it up!!

I want you to try this combo instead of Kinu and Nessla: Kinu [Benefactor] (no need for Lullaby) with Stone Wall, Revitalize, Scratch, and Hypnosis and a SAKU [Botanist] with Sharp Leaf, Allergic Spread, Relax, and N/A. With Relax, Kinu doesn't need Lullaby, but you can keep Hypnosis if you want to only put 1 tem to sleep (say you want the other in orange to hurt itself to put itself in red, so you catch the other one while it does that). You keep scratch on Kinu to help tip an ornage tem into the red (or hit it enough to let it put itself in the red, if you can predict its move). Stone Wall helps with Shuine's (a rare spawn and a money boost if you catch it) Crystal Bite, which Saku is NOT WEAK TO, like Nessla is. Shuine is also weak to Nature, meaning Saku's moveset is great for catching/farming Shuines just as well as Ukamas and Wiplumps (which are x4 weak to lightning, meaning Nessla is likely to accidentally kill it). Allergic Spread is Saku's multi-hit option, like Chain Lightning on Nessla. It can only be used second turn, though, so I would actually wait a turn, use it, and then (if it's Ukama) use Relax on the third turn (where Ukama should have hurt itself into the red). Catch on 4th turn. All in all, moveset/resistances with a Saku are more efficient, safer, and easier to build than Nessla! Give it a try - the Shuines sprinkled in should boost money gain by a little.

Also, I see a lot of streamers/youtubers who believe Temtem will kill themselves if they aren't fast enough to catch it (some start freaking out every time an Ukama gets low), but I've never had a temtem kill itself UNLESS I damaged it in the same round. As far as I'm aware, the AI uses its own HP pool as a valid energy pool for its moves but is also programmed to never let HP get to 0. If's too low, it'll rest 2+ times to get to a point where its Stam+HP-1= move energy, thus it shouldn't ever kill itself. I've used this assumption in the Kakama Cenote for hours, letting Ukama get themselves to the 10-1 HP bracket and have, on average, caught all the Ukama, Wiplumps, and Shuine with 2 Temcards (not Temcard+). I've seen other money making guides but have never seen anyone mention Saku for Kekama Cenote nor have I seen the suggestion to take an extra turn to let the Ukama put themselves in the red before sleeping them for maximum catch rate...

I personally prefer bene kinu with lifeful sap and lure + high spatk nidrasil (with a few TVs, but not full 500) with hallucination and 4-leaf. Around 12k/hour on your best runs.

I discovered another pansuns spot catching Toxolotl. When using two Shuine (one with immunity and lure equipped, the other with guardian and four-leaf clover equipped) you can catch toxolotl without taking any damage. In the badlands theres a small island in the center of a small lake that has a patch of grass which only spawns toxolotl. Catch and release until you run out of cards and equip a cowards cloak for 2 sp.atk TV's per catch. I find this spot to be extremely efficient with a 120 catch rate and 95 pansun per release.

I've been finding that catching bunbuns just below tucma is the best for me they're worth more money than magmis and they're really easy to catch and you're even closer to a healing station

@@GnosisGG The path that leads from the city to the stepped part of the mines has Bunbun, Mudrid, and Vulors. The area also right next to the healing station in the mines has that same ratio as well. I'll be looking into this tonight after work. - Livid

@@LegacyGamingUS Compared Magmis to Bunbun and the rate for releasing a Bunbun is pretty much always more than Magmis. Mudrid also gives more than Mastione. Vulor is also a good catch. And in my experience Bunbuns are as easy to catch as Magmis. And even if you consider travel time back to the free tem society, Bunbun spot is right next to where the airship station is pretty much, and Magmis island takes a lot of time to walk to without skates and then you have to take the lift to the level with the free tem and breeding. The Bunbun spot is better in basically every way imaginable.

Personally I farm at the Kakama Cenote and use Kinu/Babawa with Babawa holding Lure and Kinu holding Four Leaf Clover; Babawa is extremely resistant to the water moves.. with Mucus trait preventing Cold and Kinu can Revitalize if necessary.. from there one Sharp Leaf per target, then Hypnotize and Slime for the Sleep and Trap status conditions respectively. The capture rate increases per Status Condition affecting the target.. at that point you can easily capture even a Ukama- one of the most difficult to capture- with one or two TemCards. .. but whatever works for folks!

I'd like to point out another pansuns spot. The small island left of Kupeleleza spot. Zephyruff has a 165 catch rate, better than most other temtem but only yield 93ish pansuns per release. I find it to be super reliable.

Nindrasil with Kinu is better, Kinu as a tank will never die since it resists both water and wind and has 2 healing skills, Nindrasil can poison for 3 turns without killing the tems and giving you that extra catch rate and if everything goes wrong both tems have hypnoses.

I think this method was super recently discovered as well, and I tried it the other night with that setup. The issue I ran into is that if you are purely going the poison route, that is 3 full turns you need to wait before a lot are low enough to really catch effectively with 1 card use. If you do any damage to them, and then poison them, any sleep you try to apply gets removed by the poison. I feel like this setup is super specialized but the Kakama Cenote overall can be a giant pain for consistency. Dont forget every 99 cards is also like 1.3k Pansun investment, so if you fail half your captures, or even a third, you are looking at subtracting 2-2.6k pansun from your total provided your speed is on point every time. This method does work, I just found the Anak Volcano to be much more consistent and mindless haha.

Wouldn't farming the raiber/banapi patch right by the magmis one be better? Both give slightly more than magmis and the catch rate difference isn't that big.

It definitely could be, but I've experienced a much higher breakout rate from Raiber in particular than with either Mastione or Magmis. I'll have to do some more in depth farming and report back, but my initial impressions were not favorable of that patch.

I’ve been using 2 nesslas in the Kakama cenote both with electric synthesis and just using them to heal each other constantly when their health goes down, is that not as effective as a kinu with a nessla?

im doing method 3 and im making 5k an hour minus the cost of the cards so more like 4.2-4.5k an hour farming everything in that area as fast as i can... how did yall come up with 7.5-10...

kyle hanson I was wondering the same thing I did method 2 for 2 hours yesterday and made 6k and with the purchase of tem cards it was probably 5 k profit for 2 hours. Way less then what I thought it was gonna be :(

Im doing 6.5k an hour from the Anak Volcano with Method 3 (not following the guide, I used to do that since I was done with the story) and Im not even focusing that much. I just Scratch/Bubble the Mastiones, and Chain lightning when I encounter 2 Magmis. Also Bubble when Magmis is 34+. If this can help

If you have a temtem thats level 55 you can catch all of the Zenoreth next to the crystal shrine, they practically kill themselves and that should bring a a lot of pansuns but I havent been able to test that just yet, still using that area to level up to 55

I believe they have come up with a faster method for farming the cwnore about twice as efficient as using wiplump. It involved a kinu with the healing trait and nidrasil with the item that makes wild pokemon target it. So it's getting heal from kinu every turn kinu also gets hypnosis. You have to have a more specialized team but the man claimed 15k per hour.

Yep, Freetem pays you for each released Temtem based on a combination of its level and rarity.

Sub-category tabs would also be really nice >.> to slim down the inventory. Like a tab for all the damage increase items, and damage reduction. Since they take up so much space and are all so far apart in the inventory. I believe they added one for DNA in the last patch, so I'd love to see just a few more added for the items that have similar uses

I replied to some other comments here about a Nidrasil/Kinu team. That one I've found wildly inconsistent due to poison and sleep completely counteracting each other. There are a few comments I've responded to regarding that. I haven't seen the Saku/Loali method, would love to hear about that!

Legion Gaming How it works is that both loali or Saku can poison one target while nidrasil poisons the other getting both opponents to orange poisoned allowing for a decent chance at capture next turn. That channel had posted a 40-minute really thorough video about a cerneaf nidrasil combo at first and the first time I tried it I got 10k despite the fact I was doing everything very slowly learning it. This new method using loali instead of Cerneaf claims to be even more reliable than the older one but I haven’t had the chance to really try it myself for long enough to really tell. Tell me how it goes for you when you get the chance!

its true kakama cenote its harder, but im making around 9k in 1hrs and 10 minutes (2 max lvl nesslas) while in anak volcano (2 wiplumps) i cant seem to get over 6k with one run of 99 temcards.

I found the exact same return average based on cards. The cenote is by far better to farm. I found that with the kinu with benefactor and the four leaf and the wiplump with lure when frozen and put to sleep the cenote catch rate is really not much different than just freezing at the volcano

A lot of it also comes down to the rate at which a Mastione appears amongst the Magmis. I am still getting a ridiculous spawn rate with double Mastiones pretty frequently, so that may also be a HUGE factor.

@@powerblazing3603 Yeah, like if Shuine was a consistent easy capture, it is worth SO much Pansun per cap. I think it is like 328 Pansun per capture, so around 313 after card cost. I like farming the Cenote, but the breakout rate for me at least, is so insanely high. I can have an Ukama frozen with a sliver of health AND asleep and the thing will break the card almost every time. Sounds like you have better luck there versus Anak is insanely profitable for me. That's why I put both locations and methods here because it really is entirely up to if the game wants to bless you that run with favorable odds lol - Livid

I am fairly certain that farming Vulvir/Vulor is a better alternative to Magmis/Mastione. While Mastione is on average ~10 pansuns more per catch, Vulvir are almost ~30 pansuns more per catch. This makes Vulvir/Vulor the better option since Vulvir/Vulor and Magmis/Mastione have similar spawn rates at 80/20.

Thank you for the wonderful, very helpful video, but pleeeeeeease learn how to pronounce "cenote." It was a little grating on the ears :P Think along the lines of "seh-NO-tay." One of the wonderful parts of TemTem is that the names of its places are all drawn from the languages of the areas that the islands are loosely based on (similarly to how Pokémon does it, although TemTem tends to be a little truer to the language/culture), but that does come with the downside that not all the names' pronunciations are obvious to everyone. Cenotes are a geological phenomenon in parts of Mexico, where the Aztec from whom much of Tucma's language is drawn from lived, and often have/had spiritual significance and/or were correlated with pristine-ness or purity (hence why Shuine appears in one).

The clover has actually been moved as of a recent patch. It's still in the Aguamarina caves, but no longer requires the skates at all to reach.

@@AnilKumardoc lol I already had bunbun at a high level as part of my standard team and i then used the valash you get from the old man in the mines and the anahir from the volcanos and a few level 36 lapinite that i caught in the mine aswell! Combined with a few revives and balms i defeated the cultists veyr easily! My bunbun did most of the work with it's earth abilities! Its now a full fledged powerful mudrid!

Such poor game design. 1. you shouldn't lose pansun when losing to wild temtem, makes no sense. 2. they could make some trainers repeatable each day so you can battle and make some pansun. 3. the catch and release system is so boring and lazy. I'm a game designer with no practical talent only creative talent, if I had a team working with me, id make the best games on earth. Only gamers should make games.
