@@stevenprice6957 if that was to be proven.. which I doubt highly.. she didn’t do it purposefully and shouldn’t be charged with murder. Vehicular homicide perhaps and that’s only if that is proven to have been what happened.

Why woud this one women fight so hard? She coud have plead out to manslaughter. She could let the abundance of reasonable doubt end in not guilty. She's pushed it to 3rd party b/c she wants justice for John. She doesn't want it dropped at not guilty and forgotten.
