Sir according to me browsing a child...... Site is not a punishable offence but if a person is doing it with a wrong intentions and duration of watching is long then authorities must take cognizance to Stop wrong activity that can be harmful for society.

Sir according to sec 67 b clause b it has been written that a person is punishable for seeking,browsing child po*no... so according to me he was punishable in the first conviction for a term of extending five years of jail or fine extending 10 lakes... this is because the accused seeked and also browsed for the child prono online

Sir according to me the only mere browsing of porn site is not punishable because in many case we can see a new internet consumer and sometimes there are such misleading links which came across us which can by mistake opens such sites in which we are not having such intention to open such sites . The offence should only be considered if there is clear intention and that can be checked by analyzing such person's previous browsing history.

@@yashpandey150 bro I would like to argue for the fact that sir clearly mentions that the person accused himself says that he is addicted to porn and as well intentionally browsed to consume it for around 50 minutes.. it is punishable according to the law but since that clause was not brought up he was found not to be guilty

@@a.bhavesh0053 I had not mentioned the case name which sir explained today and in that case sure he was a porn addict and I am just interpreting the section by legal reasoning that by mistake if a new user clicked a link of porn should not fall under this provision and read the last line of comment if he is a regular viewer he can be easily caught apart from case it's just for person who by mistake opened such website you need clear intention to held liable
