En Venezuela un magistrado es un juez de rango superior que ejerce el derecho en tribunales no ordinarios. Gracias por la información.

Lo mismo en México. Un juez de paz tiene un rango mucho muy inferior a un magistrado.

Existen diferentes sistemas. Us y UK, España, UE, paises de latinoamerica, por ejemplo Brasil tiene barra Argentina no Es complejo.

Me encanta 100% pero le falta barrio a la preciosheishon. Magistrado es un concepto de alzada. Un juez federal también muy diferente sus términos legales, pero muy bien todo. Saludos desde wisconsin!!

I meant profession. But because lawywers deal with justice, a sacred concept, that profession deals with the the reputation that follows. Then ethics is something that you can't forget, because is the only way to built a better society
