He is not guilty being reasonable doubt. Once again the police department bungled this badly, Abby and Libby and their families will not get justice. Why are we giving the police millions upon millions of dollars to be do bad at their jobs?

I’m a big supporter of the police but this particular Indiana PD is just a bad apple in the bunch. There needs to be more money and time put into training police, but it’s not fair to say all police are bad and don’t deserve good pay just because of this dept. It seems in this part of Indiana the judge and the police have too much power and a higher authority needs to be put in place to check them. That being said, they should release RA and have the fbi reinvestigate this case.

What confessions have to do with anything? He did it and there re EVIDENCE he did it, video, audio, witnesses and HE HIMSELF said he was there BEFORE he started pretending he was insane. He even described what he was wearing. And his cartridge was found there and he got rid of his phone from 2017. Also he said he was watching his phone but his phone was not pinned anywhere even close to the bridge so then he changed the story he was watching fish. Yeah. Right. From the high bridge

Also didn't he have the same jacket as in the bridge video? And said he saw the white van that ended bringing up a new witness that does have that exact description of the van!? I don't know, that's not helping his case..
@brockit79Сағат бұрын
@@macariusfreestyle8521 No, Allen said what the brand of his jacket was and it differed. I think he still had the jacket. The van was made public on social media - but the most crucial thing with that - it was in the discovery file that Allen had in his cell. No, they don't help but LE knew what they were doing and I think many are thinking critically about the validity of those confessions.
@idahardy4052Сағат бұрын
@@macariusfreestyle8521 Everybody has a pair of jeans and a jacket like that. There was no white van. Maybe he did it, but the magic bullet doesn’t prove it and putting the guy on drugs and tazing him and telling him he should un alive himself - made him lose it so the confessions are just nonsense.
