Im emotionaly and mentaly a pretty tough person and i believe that if i were accused of a brutal double murder if two teen girls and i was innocent and put in a maximum security prision in solitary confinement for 18 months or even one month being strapped to a chair and given medication against my will i just might lose my shit too. Richard Allen was treated as though he'd been convicted of double murder. He was subjected to heinous treatment. Hes been convicted of nothing thus far. I've never in my 56 years heard of a person being held in a prision treated the way he was treated before trial. This doesnt even sound legal

A one off offence, goes back home, to work minds his own business, continues along with his NORMAL life with wife, family, relatives & work colleagues just plodding on. It's Ludicrous 🙏🏼

I just don’t think Allen is the guy. I think he went crazy from being arrested and absolutely reviled by the jailers, the people in the community, and the entire world watching. A person that would be capable of murdering these two young girls for no apparent reason other than brutally killing them, would not be behaving how Allen is. They would be savvier, they’d be tougher, they wouldn’t be consumed with guilt. It was 5 years with a damn video of the killer and they could not catch him. They needed a fall guy.

That question specifically states have you ever been diagnosed with mental illness. I will tell everyone on here something isn't right here. If R.A has been diagnosed with mental illness growing up there's no way he should've been legally allowed to own a fire arm.🤔

There's no actual evidence he was ever diagnosed with any mental illness. I’m starting to think they tried to test him to get a confession but they’ve gone too far and broken him, his spirit and mind. It drove him insane enough to think “if I just say I did it maybe they’ll ease up on me”. Imagine having to arrive at that place in your mind knowing you didn’t do it but knowing they think you did and you’re never getting out of this nightmare. If Allen is innocent then he’s just become the third victim of this horrendous crime. They’ve essentially killed him - he’s lost touch with who he even is anymore. They’ve used every psychological trick in the book to make even himself believe that he did it. They broke him. They broke his mind. And he may never come back from that. That too, in a way, is death.

You're gullible. Allen confessed because he began reading the bible and wanted to make things right with God and apologize to the girls families. Once his wife alerted the defense team and they intervened, he started believing that maybe a 'not guilty' verdict was possible after all. The typical instruction from lawyers is to start acting crazy and to start mixing up your confessions with nonsense to discredit everything you've already said. Which is what he did.

@@moisesmontecillo7570 Does it make sense? Richard Allen stated in his original interview that he went to the trails and walked past a group of girls and that a couple of them looked like sisters. He said he had his head down looking a stock ticker app on his phone. A group of girls say they had a man walk past them with his head down, a couple of those girls were sisters. The man was heading in the direction of the high bridge. That was a while after 1:30pm because the girls took a photo on their phone on the trail at that time. Richard claims he went to the high bridge to look at fish and he was in the area for 2hrs. Another person on the trail that day took images of the water at the high bridge. It was like thick green pea soup. Fish would not be visible. Richard described himself as wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and a head covering. Abby and Libby took video of a short chubby man wearing blue jeans, blue jacket and a head covering walking towards them and instructing them to go down the hill. That was at 2:12pm. What do you think he was really doing up that area for 2hrs? Put it together it makes perfect sense.

The killer should have known the creek very well to have known where it was shallow enough to be able to cross it to the other side. Would that not maybe have been something the owner of the property would have known? If time was so limited the killer had to be able to go to that cross over spot immediately.

His daughter & sis saying they were never molested means nothing. My cousins father was creepy. He was very touchy feely with my cousin. She spent summers & vacations with him because he lived in another state. She came home acting strange after every visit. As young as 6 & 7 she sexualized everything. Always talking about & touching the private parts of her siblings & cousins. My mother confronted hers after an incident where she was caught touching her cousin. Up until 20 she denied her father was hurting her & would flip & cut ppl off for mentioning him in a negative light. When he was arrested for getting caught in the act molesting his new wife’s daughters she still defended him. It was only when the defense wanted her to testify for her father did she break & tell he molested her as far back as she can remember.

i love how this coverage appeals to all of us on our high horse, targeting modern issues that we can all feel good supporting because we wont get cancelled. i love that its super unbiased without any evocative language designed to guide the information the audience is about to hear. i love that nothing is left out and claims are made based of non-objective issues. if you like this comment, you'll love the video.

the use of ""we've heard"" (about his prison treatment) is hilarious, they heard from defense appeals that were almost entirely disproven lol. Every "big point" they highlight is literally hearsay and sooo bias but stated as fact with big evocative words p.s. i dont even know if he did it but using this to promote he's not is embarrassing if you support it

They talked about the other prisoners hollering at him to kill himself and I guarantee they told him over and over to confess. So if he’s going crazy and ppl are hollering at him all day to confess he prolly did. I know someone personally that had a mental break. They’re paranoid schizophrenia and he did all things that Richard Allen did. He would always say he’s killed ppl and he was on drugs and tell ppl they were why he wasn’t going to heaven. So I believe RA had a break. Not guilty.

Is it so hard to believe that a guy with long standing mental health issues wouldn't go and assault two kids when he's drunk and happened to be at the scene or was there another mental case there that day? I think all this stuff makes him look worse..
@Valpo2004
@Valpo2004 13 сағат бұрын
None of his longstanding mental health issues lead to violence. And if his long standing mental health issues did lead him to violence how come in all the years before the murders he has zero criminal record and in the 5 years after the murders he again has zero criminal record. You are pulling at straws to try to support guilt rather than asking "Am I sure beyond any reasonable doubt that this man killed those 2 girls." Does the evidence presented make you feel sure? Cause I certainly don't.

Let’s don’t forget the Odenism theory. It may not be allowed in court, but the guards that were watching him had Oden patches on their vest. So he could’ve had a lot of intimidation going on from them, as well as they could’ve been feeding him information about the crime scene if indeed, that theory is true.

Just read about the hair wrapped around Abby's fingers with the root attached, as in pulled out. The DNA matches Kelsey, but that wasn't tested or told for almost 7 years? I'm sure if it was RA, it woukd have been made public immediately. She supposably was the last person with them before their deaths? If this is a fact, there's reasonable doubt.

I don't understand how one man could control two young girls and him having to cross some distance over the bridge to get to them when it is difficult to walk on that bridge. How did they just obey him? How did they not run away? Nothing about this makes sense. Why was the FBI kicked off the case?? Did they look at the tracking on the cars and phones for RA and for the other potential suspects and witnesses?

Digging for explanations of his confessions. Why during a mental break confess to double homicide? There’s 1000 other things his mental break could’ve had him doing or saying. When someone who believes no one is watching behaves badly that’s the real person. And when someone tells you what they are, you should believe them.

With all the mess ups LE has made. All the evidence lost.. They were just sloppy from the getco. So if they didn’t have enough concrete evidence with this guy, beyond a reasonable doubt, then I highly doubt, imo, they’d look for another suspect. Cause then that suspect would be the one on trial. Sad though cause no one but the killer/s will ever truly know what happened to the girls. Nor will they get justice

If I were a juror on this trial I would not be convinced beyond a reasonable doubt of RA guilt. Which is sad because Abby and Libby deserve justice. It’s also crucial that we get this dangerous person out of our society so they can’t hurt anyone else. I’m just not convinced that RA is the person who did it. Everyone should listen to a podcast called “ Murderville”. It’s a fantastic story about the collateral damage caused by convicting the wrong person for a crime with little to no physical evidence tying them to the crime.
