salamalaikom warahtulah walbarakat ask lng po, balik islam po kami, tapos yung kapatid ko may na live in na muslim na babae may dalawa clang anak, tapos nag abroad amg babae dahil sa hirap ng buhay, pag balik po niya ng pinas ay pumunta po xa sa bahay ng pamilya namin at may bitbit na ibang lalake at pinag yayabang pa niya na baging live in partner na nman daw niya, at yang pangyayari na yan ay humantong po sa gulo, at ang kapatid ko pa ang nakulong po sa salang physical injury, ang tanung po, anu ba dapat ang namin gawin, ? may kaso po ba yung babae?

I have a questions. I am a (muslim woman) and married to a foreigner christian for almost 19 years now and has a son. I would like to divorce him since we dont really talk like we used to be, and hasn't seen him for more than 5 years na. I told him to divorce me in their Country kaya lng wala pa rin po. We talked recently just for a divorce at ang sabi nya he will work on it pero wala pa rin po. Puede ko po ba sya e divorce sa Shariah or ano po ba dapat gawin ko. Sana may mag reply po sa akin. If your marriage was registered in sharia law, then it's possible to seek divorce under sharia. But if it's not, it's not possible. Try to consult a lawyer for more information.
