I have a questions. I am a (muslim woman) and married to a foreigner christian for almost 19 years now and has a son. I would like to divorce him since we dont really talk like we used to be, and hasn't seen him for more than 5 years na. I told him to divorce me in their Country kaya lng wala pa rin po. We talked recently just for a divorce at ang sabi nya he will work on it pero wala pa rin po. Puede ko po ba sya e divorce sa Shariah or ano po ba dapat gawin ko. Sana may mag reply po sa akin. If your marriage was registered in sharia law, then it's possible to seek divorce under sharia. But if it's not, it's not possible. Try to consult a lawyer for more information.

Wen u married in civil code then your wife divorce you in sharialaw because she converted in muslim without your consent.. is it legal?
