Legal Malpractice Liability and Model Rule 1.8(h)

Video lecture for my Professional Responsibility course (and MPRE prep) about legal malpractice liability (mostly based on the Restatement of the Law Governing Lawyers III) with a quick review of the prohibition on liability waivers in Model Rule 1.8(h). A follow-up video talks about the available DEFENSES to legal malpractice liability, and insuring against such liability.
