will I have a chance to get help at probate process without more delays, almost year waitting now ,I was told the original will was lost by court or courrier between two of them and it looks like it never existed, there is certified copy , witnesses ..I am as a executor looking after small estate ,spending my money and time ...

you have to do for your self, most people will not go out on a limb for you unfortunately you have to prove your self competent especially if you claim to act as executor(thats the name of a pokemon too🤣)

Sometimes if something is immoral but legal then clearly there is a problem with the system. You speak about whats legal and civil. A license to kill is not civil, so where do you or the state draw the line

Depends on how well-founded was the claim and what was the actual intent of the Plaintiff. If the intent was to delay some obligation or to otherwise harm the other party - in full knowledge that the lawsuit had little or no chance to succeed, then abuse might be found even with one-time filing.
