I’m going to train with a funds team, and this is honestly so helpful. Your enthusiasm is infectious! And thank you for the advice with imposter syndrome. I feel like I’ve struggled so much with this when I was in law school. I didn’t apply to vac schemes in really good firms because I thought I wasn’t good enough and shouldn’t even try. 🥲 Seems like a common thing with poc women, and I regret that quite a bit. Thanks for the video :)

Hey B, thank you so much for your comment, I'm really glad you found the video helpful. We wanted to make sure that we broke things down as much as possible. With regards to imposter syndrome you are so so right! I feel like we have this complex whereby we think we don't deserve to be in certain spaces or will not be welcomed in certain spaces because we will automatically be viewed as inferior, when in reality that is often not the case. Imposter syndrome is something we have to continuously overcome, and I hope you are overcoming it. Best of luck with your training and don't forget to always go for what you want. If you don't knock, the door won't open xx
