As per Partnership Act,1932 , maximum number of partners could be only 100 members then how can you make "n" number of members and give profit share??? or in contrary any entity is not allowed accept any deposit from from public ( except the public companies) .. for instance.. you can go through the "Sahara Case of Subrata Roy ".. kindly clear my doubts.
