To arrest an accused is the power of the police. Mind you it is the power. Not necessarily a duty to arrest. There may be situations where even though the offence is non-bailable and cognizable still police may not choose to arrest the accused because the accused maybe cooperating with the police, aur for other reasons the custody of the accused may not be really necessary.

sir, how we know before which judge, we should file our case? there are additional, junior or senior judges in civil court so how to know? also, do family court sits in district court? also, district court includes 'criminal court' or civil court or just civil court? also, do 'registrar system' also in district courts? do every court have this registry system? do this registrar collect court fee? sir, please also make video on 'Property transfer document and their filing system and things to understand while preparing property doucments.

Apradh hone ki vajah matlab ki motive for committing the crime is not necessary to be proved for the offence of murder under section 302 of the Indian penal code. Existence of motive if can be proved by the prosecution may help confirm that the accused has some reason to commit the crime. But existence of motive and proof of it is not necessary. If the legal ingredients of section 300 of Indian penal code are proved, that can result in a conviction under section 302 of IPC.

I have discharged duties under the primary control and supervision of several assistant engineers, deputy executive engineers of engineering section, Kurnool Mpl Corporation since 2009 though I am contract labor. Both Officer's and Contractor's have developed grudge against me for raising my epf contributions issue and voluntarily stopped my wages and service. Mpl corporation is a Govt body. The State continuing all my Co- workers in the same Mpl Corporation who are junior than me in service. Now clarify my fundamental rights i.e., right to equality, right against exploitation have violated or not. 4 years on, no sign of justice. Speedy justice is also fundamental right. Plz reply can I file a writ petition against State or not for the enforcement of fundamental rights. Dismissal/ prohibition/ termination is subject to fundamental rights

You are right Sir, however I stopped believing in all this when I see all celebrities getting reliefs/bail directly from supreme court without even approaching Magistrate or even High court.. further in the sushant singh rajput suicide case the whole crpc was turned on it's head by supreme court when it ruled that Bihar police had the jurisdiction to investigate death of that actor who was resident of Mumbai, died in Mumbai,accussed were from Mumbai, doctors performing postmortem from Mumbai, witnesses from Mumbai but because his father was from Bihar, Patna Police & court got the jurisdiction... what next Nagaland?Mizoram?

There must be some analytical reasoning given by Supreme Court in its judgement the copy of which needs to be carefully read to understand why the supreme court said that Bihar Police can investigate in that matter. We generally go by the news. But for law professionals just going by news wouldn't be the right approach. Moreover such exceptional incidents cannot be said to be the rule. While making video I need to orient my audience with what is right and what is the normal rule. If in their cases exceptional situations exist then it is expected that after carefully studying and analysing their situation and facts and circumstances of their case their legal advisors would guide them in that particular situation to adopt the exceptional path. What I communicate in my video is not legal advise of any particular case but it is a general guidance based upon the existing law and the normal practice that goes on in the court. So I would suggest you not to stop believing in what is the normal practice. The incident that you quoted is not the normal thing that happens everyday in courts.

I agree that exceptions can not negate the norm but still I see in play the famous quote of George Orwell in "Animal Kingdom" 'All animals are equal!! But Some are more equal than others..
