Great review, great looking barrels. Blunt nose give a really nice reference for the front finger for me. Like the 23 gram Darts Clearance that just arrived ( they don’t have the fine rings though ).

Nice review here. I agree completely that the nose cone should be tapered! Then they would be about perfect.

Good review. Love the Legend pro series range, quality darts with no colours or gimmicks at a reasonable price. I've had the v8's since December and I've been really impressed with them. Got the v7's a couple days ago and they are even better!

Thanks. I had to go look to see what ones they were. I emailed Darts Corner a few weeks ago asking about the V8's and what player darts they were designed from. I got no response. Seems like the V7's might be a Peter Manley type dart? Great darts though. Next on my list.

@@WorldwideDarts the v8's are very similar to Nathan Aspinall's but with rings at the front of the barrel instead of the little dimples. Not sure who the v7's are based on but Manley is a good shout. The barrels are quite short and suit my grip perfectly, can't believe how well I'm throwing since I got them. Going to get them repointed with some Mission Sniper micro points as soon as they arrive in the post.

James Wade without a doubt. He uses 20g darts, but the shape and barrel pattern is a close shave for sure. That blunt nose is terrifying, but I guess it can be tempered somewhat with long points. Thanks for the review!

Cheers Zolto. Not an exact match here but close enough if you squint lol. I can't think of any other "Legend" they would try to replicate so went with Wadey. Brutal deflections with rigid Axe flights though. I don't see that with the front end of my darts... i.imgur.com/HOioxxo.jpg

Great looking dart, and awesome review… that blunt nose is dealbreaker though… ever think about a video showing different specialty points and how they fit on darts like these or bullnose like some Michael smiths and what would work best… just throwing that out there, dunno if I’m the only one curious or not.

Lovely classic dart. Like you said, not for me because of the blunt front end and they are too long for me. With that said, I always love seeing Wade darts on the tele. That non painted version looks great also.

I own a set of original Unicorn James Wade darts, an these ones are definitely not James wade (except for the blunt nose) But they look great anyway.

They can't make exact replicas for obvious reasons but they were definitely intended to be similar to his darts. Unless there's another legend that uses darts like this?

I know I would like the grip but like you would not care for the blunt nose cone even with a specialty point. If it had a normal nose cone I would try them. I also use Condor axe so a no go. Just to let you know I used the Condor Wingslim flights yesterday for about 4 hours against me “buds” at the pub.😊 (That’s for your your overseas viewers) I was shocked how fast they got to the board, much faster than the Condor shape that I normally use. Wish I had a radar gun, right? Talk about being able to get great grouping, unbelievable. My only down side if I didn’t throw it just right would get a little tail down every so often, my dart goes in very straight when everything is right. I think you will like them, like to see you review the slims before anybody else. Just seem to get a lot more out of your reviews.

@@markcain2266 They must have a good connection with Trinidad or whoever makes Condor's. But yeah, a bit surprised that the UK shops don't have them. I had 3 sets in my cart today at A-Z but couldn't make myself pull the trigger. I figured 3 sets would look good for a thumbnail 😂

How long is the shipping with darts corner these days? They have a few items I'd like to get from them but not if I have to wait forever.

It's been improved recently. During Christmas it was terrible! Postal strikes and all. About 7-10 days for my last two packages. Seems like forever compared to FedEx International that I get with Dartshopper. I just placed an order with Dartshopper last night and I'll probably have it Saturday. Maybe Friday if I'm lucky

I’m in Texas and placed orders with Darts Corner and Darts Clearance (eBay) on the 13th. Now the 23rd and neither have arrived. Darts Corner order came with a tracking number, and seems the package is somewhere in the US. Depending on which tracking info button I select, the darts are either 10 miles from me or in Las Vegas. Darts Clearance order was sent Royal Mail, meaning there isn’t any info above and beyond “IN Transit”. Anyway, not a big deal considering international shipping. Offering up more as an FYI.

@@tywoodruff8578 that's precisely why I don't use Darts Corner any more. Try dartshopper. $8 shipping to the States in about 2 days. They are awesome and you can track your stuff every step of the way.

Hey I see that you use a lot of condor axe,I have transparent, I aim so I look over the feathers and it bothers me because the transparent glare, does neon too? or I have to buy white

I would say the Nathan Raffaty darts are supposed to be the “Wade” darts.

That doesn't make any sense does it? Those are Nathan's darts. Out of the Pro Series darts these look most like Wade's. But yes, his darts are based off of Wade's too
