When I first watched this, and saw somin laying her chin on song kang's leg, and song kang has the stoic, emotionless and sometimes near repulsiveness expression I thought Song Kang Hates the idea of doing the skit. But until today, I just read an article on what song kang usually do when He likes the person, he immediately becomes just like what in this video is! OMG he is attracted to So min! (Im not putting malice or anything maybe we can call it little admiration) 'coz the look in his eyes when he stares at a talking so min is really heart fluttering. It's for 3 reasons- 1. It's a variety show so they're building this, arguably weird, character for him. If anything, the way they react shows their professionalism as in they are playing to facilitate his character. 2. I think the rating for the show's audiences is 12 and up so yeah I guess tryna do some damage control. 3. Korean mainstream media aren't necessarily as open and inclusive as other places (something I attribute to a double standard but that's a topic for another time).
