I have both editions of this book coming (Art and Artifacts), bummed I didn't know about the Hyrule Historia limited edition - missed out :-( I need to find a cheap copy of the 30th Anniversary CD set you did a video on, that looks really nice!

Don't think so, although can't say 100% as I don't own the standard version of Art and Artifacts.
