LA-born egg sandwich shop Eggslut has a new branch in Shibuya’s Miyashita Park shopping complex! Not only do they have the old favorites (like the super creamy Fairfax) but they also have a Miyashita Park exclusive item! The Park Sandwich is stuffed with cajun spiced shrimp as well as avocado, honey mustard egg salad, cilantro chimichurri sauce, a fried egg AND a slice of cheese for good measure! A veritable taste explosion. Make sure you have some napkins ready, clean eating doesn’t exist here.
